Came in today for a washout. I am a plant hauler so I know it will be timed. They advertise $5.34 a minute for a timed wash out. They completed the washout in 17 minutes. Staff then told me I had to pay $250 saying that they told me it would be $250 before they even started. When they had said this in the beginning I told them that they charge $5.34 a minute which is what they advertise and you (talking about the person that was in front of me) said OK. I said it took 17 minutes and I would like to pay for that time. She proceeded to start screaming at me saying that's not what she said and started coming towards me. The manager Jeff had to restrain his employee not once but several times during this discussion. Then to top it off Jeff said either you can pay $250 or I'll call the cops on you and they will take your truck. Sounds to me like Jeff and his cop buddies have a good scam going. I suggest anyone reading this that doesn't want to be treated or taken advantage of go to Blue Beacon right across the street. Photos below as proof.

Not too pleased with my truck wash. Spots were missed. Still had dirt on my stacks. Had to retire my rims because they didn’t scrub them good. Too much money to be spending on something I can do way better job myself.

Please find the attached photos, which illustrate the issues I encountered. I spent $114.21 at your establishment and am extremely disappointed with the experience. I will not be returning and cannot recommend your services to others.

I'll never be back. The other owners ran this place way better. This Saturday crew looks like they're more worried about standing around vaping instead of getting the job done. Been waiting in line for 3 hours already with only 4 trucks before me. 2 were only tractors. And here's one of them spending time on his phone in the wash bay. But he was only one of many that continuously took breaks to reply to messages.

I would think twice before spending money here. Beacon does a better job and that isnt saying alot....... My dearest friend took his Pete through this place yesterday. It came out looking worse than it went in. He requested the best wash they had on truck and trailer, brush paint but be easy on fuel tanks. He also requested his boards on his trailer be washed extra good. What happened, well they broke off his oversize mirror, didnt get the bugs off his grill, mirrors, or windshield, then never touched or even sprayed fuel tanks, also never touched the trailer. Only thing important was their dreadlocks as all they did was look in the reflection of their box trailer brusher making sure their hair was OK. He has spent all day today at the truck stop beside the place with windex cleaning his truck that he paid alot of money for them to wash, all so he can wax it. Just look at the after pictures. It didnt look that dirty before it went in the so called truck wash. Needless to say, this place lost two future customers because I drive a semi as well and when we want our trucks washed, we want them coming out clean... we spend our own personal money to make sure out trucks look good....
